The Balance & Boundaries Retreat is for people who regularly feel overwhelmed, carry a lot of responsibility or have difficulty guarding their own boundaries. This retreat offers a safe and quiet environment to reflect on what costs energy, what nourishes and where space is created by consciously setting boundaries.

What can you expect?

An in-depth retreat with attention to balance between doing and being. Under the guidance of a psychologist, patterns around overload, caring and boundaries are examined. The program offers space for reflection, recovery, conversation and light movement - without pressure, with space for your own pace. In addition, there is attention for strengthening healthy relationships: with yourself, with others, and with what you allow in your life.
